50 guest-rooms are reserved for architects, all of whom are pre-qualified from the Middle East's leading practices. These will include international firms that are headquartered outside the Middle East but who demonstrate significant activities within the region. There are no costs for invited architects to attend.

A further 30 packages are reserved for vendor companies. These are selected to represent a balanced cross-section of providers of materials, systems and services. Suppliers should represent their company at either a national or global level.
